Bracelets & Ballots
The Spring semester concluded with the election and a social event. The 2025–2026 Executive Board was successfully elected. Our members created friendship bracelets to commemorate the memories and connections built throughout the year. It was a celebration of our foundation and the beginning of an exciting new chapter with the incoming board.
Building Professional Relationships with PwC
We hosted a professional development workshop with PwC focused on building and maintaining relationships in the corporate environment. Our members gained practical skills to adapt to industry shifts and develop lasting connections through networking.








Business Performance Game with Marissa Huggins
We welcomed Marissa Huggins, Co-founder and COO of Spontivly, for an interactive Business Performance Game. Members discovered how Spontivly empowers teams to create simple data dashboards and applied this approach to solve business challenges.
Career Pathways Success Stories Panel
We brought together accomplished female professionals in Finance, Management, and Supply Chain for a panel on diverse career pathways in the business field. Their experiences in college and the workplace offered valuable perspectives and inspiration for students exploring various career possibilities.








De-Stress Night with Women in Business
We closed out the Fall semester with a de-stress social featuring arts and crafts before exam week. This is the perfect study break and a creative way to recharge while connecting with other members.
How to Build Your Professional Brand Image with Gartner
We partnered with Gartner for a professional development workshop on navigating the transition from college to the business world. Our members explored how to align personal strengths and values with company expectations to excel at internships and full-time roles.
Leadership and Operations in Financial Services with Melissa Robinson & Michael Demski
Our collaboration with Mu Nu Upsilon (MNY) brought Melissa Robinson, COO and CCO at Flaherty Asset Management, and Michael Demski, Asset Manager and CFA, for a session on leadership, operations and asset management in financial services.
Mock Career Fair
We hosted a mock career fair to help our members boost their networking skills, prepare and practice their elevator pitches, bring their resumes and building their confidence to excel in any future career fairs.








Overcoming Industry Challenges – Toni Miller (Owner of Mill Pond Estate)
We hosted Toni Miller, owner of Mill Pond Estate, for a professional development talk on entrepreneurship in the wedding industry. She discussed the challenges of starting a business from the ground up, the importance of community over competition, and the mindset shifts that supported her growth as a business owner.
Panel with BlueGrace – Logistics, Supply Chain & Transportation
We partnered with BlueGrace Logistics for a recruitment event highlighting career opportunities in Supply Chain and Transportation. Students gained insights into the Logistics industry, connected with professionals, and explored the impact of women shaping the field.








Professional Development and Career Advancement with Star Mountain Capital
We hosted Star Mountain Capital for a professional development and career advancement event featuring Leanne Schmitt, Managing Director and Partner. With over 20 years of experience in institutional asset management, Leanne shared her career journey and powerful messages to women pursuing careers in Finance.
Success at Goldman Sachs – Strategies, Goals & Advice
We welcomed Goldman Sachs professionals and returning summer interns for an engaging panel discussion on career growth, firm culture, and success as women in business. Our members gained valuable networking connections and actionable insights to prepare for career opportunities at the firm.








Tech Networking & Interviewing with CDW
We partnered with CDW, a global leader in technology solutions, for a workshop on interview and networking skills. Along with career advice, the representatives gave a behind-the-scenes look at CDW’s culture and exciting technology opportunities.
Well-Being in the Workplace with PwC
We partnered with PwC professionals for an engaging session on the importance of well-being in the workplace. Speakers shared how everyday habits can support balance, productivity, and personal growth, equipping our members with ways to bring their best selves to both work and life.








Build Your Own Start-Up Challenge!
Our collaboration with Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship brought the Build Your Own Startup Challenge, where students teamed up to develop and pitch innovative ideas. Our members gained hands-on experience in business strategy, connected with mentors and entrepreneurs, and discovered what it takes to turn a concept into reality.
