Program Purpose
Aimed at cultivating and inspiring aspiring women leaders, the year-long program engages future female leaders in a series of exclusive workshops, coffee chats, events, and resources focused on leadership, professional development, and career growth — all tailored to empower women.
You will gain access to outstanding women leaders, learn from those who have walked the path as you are paired with a mentor of our Leadership Team, and become part of a strong, empowering community with a potential leadership opportunity on the next Women in Business Executive Board.

Who can apply?
Any female USF student graduating in Spring 2027 or later!
When do applications close?
Applications close on Wednesday, September 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
How long is the Women in Leadership Program?
The Women in Leadership Program is a yearly program, lasting from early October of the current to late April of the following year.
When will the cohort be announced?
The 2026-2027 Women in Leadership Cohort will be announced on Friday, October 4, 2025.
Do I need prior leadership experience to apply?
No prior leadership experience is needed to apply for our Women in Leadership Program.
Is there a fee associated with the program or application?
There are no fees associated to neither the application nor the program itself.
What is the time commitment for the Women in Leadership Program?
The time commitment will vary, but you can expect ~ 5 to 10 hours per week.
Will I receive a certificate upon completion of the program?
Yes! Certificates of completion, recognition, and more will be granted during the program closing ceremony.
